Software Presentation of Maxon

About workshop

Unreal Engine is the most powerful game engine and when combined with Cinema 4D, they form a perfect union. This enables you to transfer full scenes from Cinema 4D to Unreal Engine 4 and to enhance them right inside, a very welcome development. This workshop will show you how to use both applications and get the most out of their best features.

What you learn

You will learn how to maximize the use of both applications in tandem, how to transfer assets between the two, and how to fix problems that may arise. A project will be created inside of Cinema 4D, with all the steps explained as they happen, and then prepped for transfer to Unreal Engine.
Unreal Engine will be used for all the lighting, texturing and rendering of the scene. It will also be used to create an interactive version of the original C4D scene, usable on other devices. The knowledge gained in this workshop will be valuable in real-time visual effects (VFX) work, motion graphics and rendering.

Who should attend

Motion designers, animators, VFX artists, digital artists, and post-production operators.
